Project Overview
This project involved a complete transformation of the front and rear garden areas of a property in Burnley. The work included the installation of a stunning Indian Sandstone patio, new fencing for added privacy and security, and fresh artificial grass to enhance the overall aesthetic of the outdoor space.
Patio Installation
We installed high-quality Indian sandstone slabs for both the front and rear patio areas. This choice of material not only provides a visually appealing, natural look but also ensures durability and weather resistance. The precisely laid sandstone seamlessly blends into the existing garden layout, offering a smooth and stylish finish.
- Precision Laying and Design: Each slab was carefully positioned to create a smooth and level finish, guaranteeing proper water drainage and minimal maintenance.
- Defined Borders: Contrasting edging stones were incorporated to frame the space and give the patio a polished look.

Before and After:
Fencing Upgrade
In order to improve privacy, security and aesthetics, we erected new wooden fencing along the perimeter of the property. This not only defines the space but also adds a natural backdrop to complement the new patio and lawn.
- Treated Timber for Longevity: The panels were made from pressure-treated wood, designed to withstand harsh weather conditions and prevent rot, extending the lifespan.
- Trellis-Top Feature: A decorative trellis section was added to the top of the panels, striking the perfect balance between privacy and openness.
- Secure and Sturdy Installation: All posts were set in concrete foundations to ensure stability, preventing movement and maintaining structural integrity for years to come.
Artificial Grass and Soft Landscaping
The final stage focused on soft landscaping, we installed fresh artificial grass to enhance the outdoor space. This addition transformed the garden into a welcoming, usable area perfect for relaxation, play or entertainment.
- Site Preparation: Before laying the artificial grass, we removed weeds, levelled the ground and enriched the soil to create ideal conditions for healthy growth.
- Premium Quality: We used high-grade artificial grass with thick, even growth, ensuring a uniform and vibrant lawn that blends seamlessly with the landscape.
- Low-Maintenance: The new area softens the space, absorbs rainwater efficiently and enhances the overall usability.
The Finished Result
